At Aura Nail House, we believe self-care should feel calm, relaxing, and elevated.
To ensure the best experience for all guests, please take a moment to review our policies below.

  1. Appointments
    • Appointments are highly recommended to ensure availability of your preferred services and technicians.
    • Walk-ins are welcome; however, availability may vary.
    • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for a smooth and stress-free check-in.
    • If you are running late, please kindly inform us by calling or texting our salon at (919) 880-0020.
    • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your services may be shortened, rescheduled, or marked as a no-show in order to respect the next guest’s appointment.
  2. Cancellations & No-Shows
    • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
    • Late cancellations and no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
    • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in future appointments being accepted on a walk-in basis only, depending on availability.
  3. First-Time Clients & Group Bookings
    • First-time clients are required to provide a valid credit card on file when booking an appointment.
    • Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It is securely stored to hold your appointment and will only be used in accordance with our late cancellation or no-show policy.
    • Group bookings are available for parties of 4 or more.
    • Group bookings must be made at least one week in advance to allow us to coordinate staffing and services accordingly.
    • A deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no-shows.
    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full deposit refund.
  4. Health & Safety
    • For your protection, please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service begins.
    • For the safety of all guests, we reserve the right to refuse service in cases involving infections, open wounds, or other health-related concerns.
  5. Service Satisfaction
    • If you experience any issues or dissatisfaction during your appointment, please notify us immediately so we may address your concerns and ensure the best possible experience.
    • We offer complimentary repairs within 7 days of the original service for technical issues related to gel polish and nail enhancements, including chipping, peeling, lifting, or breakage.

      Complimentary repairs do not apply to:

      • Regular polish
      • Breakage or damage caused by external force or harsh chemicals
      • Services performed by another salon
      • Changes in personal preference regarding color, design, shape, or length after the service has been completed

      Requests based on a change of mind will not be accepted once you have left the salon.

  6. Pricing
    • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  7. Gift Cards / Gift Certificates
    • Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for services only.
    • Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
    • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
    • Aura Nail House is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
  8. Refunds
    • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services or gift cards.
  9. Personal Belongings
    • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
    • Aura Nail House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
  10. Right of Refusal
    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under any circumstances.

By booking and receiving services at Aura Nail House, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies.
